Weebles Wobble But They Don’t Fall Down. October 6, 2007

They do! They wibble and wobble when your baby nephew comes and pokes the little unoffending green froggy but, of course, despite exhausting itself from trying, it can find no way of falling down. Child. Proof. Just like every single one of us, yes, yes? Weebles wobble but they don’t fall down. Like a seed of an apple that dances out of its hollow and into your mouth when you bite that close, this axiom, too, speaks only the truth of the matter. For the sake of authoritative ness I must know how to say this in Latin and then cite it often. And that really is all this one is about.

It has a really cool Pixar-like quality about it, I think you should give it it’s own TV series!

Also, does this come in life-like sizes? Like 6ft would be a good starting point.

    :D

Oh I used to have one of these…until I hit my brother on the head with it and they threw him away. Oww, the loss still hurts. It was yellow and made bell sounds everytime it moved, sigh.

@Oz: I am currently working on the stop-motion production of ‘Timothy Downhill’. It’s a collection of sketches where he is rolling down hills in different parts of the country- steep hills, low hills, grassy ones, muddy ones, concrete ones etc etc. We get to see parts of the country in a way we never would have thought possible before. And all the way down he screams ‘I’m a frog!’ Except for when he’s weebling, then it’s free motion. The soundtrack is really something. Forget The Transporter. We DO need more members on the production team though! The first series is nearly finished being shot. The second one is going to be more challenging, though, as it’s all going to be uphill. He may even do Ben Nevis with me.

@K: Was it …the SOFT kind of jingling bells? It’s always ‘them’! *sobs uncontrollably*

Oh, this ‘Timothy Downhill’ sounds a splendid way to explore the country!

    That it was. *There, there*

‘Timothy Downhill’ will be previewing on a YouTube near you. Watch this space.

  6. Oz Says:

I wanna be on the production team! Me! Me!

However, “Timothy Downhill”? Is this based on personal experience, or entirely fictional? Because, as evident from earlier posts…you live on a hill… :O

Do you want to be on the team or not?! Grrr
